Greetings! My name is Kara Stewart, I am a licensed professional counselor licensed in the state of Georgia, Florida, and Virginia. I have worked in the mental health field for over 18 years and have a passion for assisting others with finding their sense of wholeness and fulfillment. I use an array of clinical modalities (i.e., cognitive behavioral, dynamic, solution-focused, mindfulness, and more) to assist individuals with addressing their issues and finding their path to managing life stressors. I prefer to take an integrated approach as most life stressors are impacted by a combination of physical, mental, and spiritual wellness. I have worked with clients experiencing loss, anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, other mood disorders and challenges with addiction. I utilize individualized approaches with clients that are based on the client's personality.
